25 Years Ago: A camera operator for Hamilton's CHCH television station
used a zoom lens and freeze-frame technique to photograph pages of
Marc Lalonde's budget as the Liberal Finance Minister posed and
flipped through pages of the budget speech that was to delivered later
that night.
